If either Fire Company uses hydrant No. 25 for the purpose of obtaining water for the filling of swimming pools, the Fire Company will be charged on a monthly or quarterly basis, as determined by the Authority, a rate of three (3) cent ($.03) per gallon for each gallon of water used for the filling of swimming pools.
